Liverpool - European Capital of Culture 2008
On Wednesday, 4th June 2003 - a momentus day for Liverpool took place.
This was the day that Liverpool won the European Capital of Culture 2008.
As part of the lead up to this international celebration of Liverpool, it''s culture and all that we all have to offer, visitors to the city will observe the ever growing number of projects & attractions being developed in our rich and varied City.
